Kentucky

My time in the Bluegrass State surprised me, and shown me new things about myself. It's here that I discovered my love of hiking and the mountains in a way I didn't fully appreciate elsewhere. The rolling peaks of the ancient Appalachian Mountains provide stunning views of the landscapes for miles, and light up with color in the autumn. Trails in this area can be underappreciated for their difficulty, as well. Even in some more suburban areas such as Louisville can hidden gems be found.
